As today is the first sunny day for ages, it's about time to dig out my colored denims. I bought them at Zara a while back but they didn't come into the open yet. I like the idea of mixing them with a plain white tee, some bright silver accessories and some flatties. If you go for more daring looks, resort to complementary colors: Pair a lavender top with buttercup yellow jeans and a cotton candy pink blouse with your mint green jeans. The last option is to go monochromatic. Wear your denim with a different shade of the same color. Pair a tangerine top with guava jeans and a deep violet with your lavender. Not really my favorite, but tastes differ. So, does this suite your taste?

Uber-Covetable Collection: Mango S/S '12

It's been two years now that I quitted working for Mango so as to study political economics and journalism here in Cologne. Nevertheless, I still set my heart to the Spanish brand, their straightforward designs and their demure looks. Unsurprisingly, my wardrobe is bulging at the seams with Mango clothes as they have enduring beauty. The same holds true for the latest Mango collection, so get ready to embrace all-things white and fresh oozing femininity and a special understated elegance. The Russian model Anna Selezneva slipped into a versatile collection with quite a few on-trend items which add zest to nearly every wearer. You just have to mix and match the garments at ease to achieve those sartorial effects.

Vintage looks by Pepe Jeans London
It's been a while that Pepe Jeans London released their new S/S 2012 collection. Nonetheless, their looks are more topical than ever - precisely because summer is just around the corner. And although photographer Alasdair McLellan put emphasis on monochrome snapshots, the photos don't diminish anticipation for warm tints and hot summery temperatures at all. I personally have a fancy for these restless roads of London's Soho as the campaign's backdrop and that retro vintage appeal. That's why I take a shine on that "Have you seen Pepe?" video campaign I've written about, as well. But have a look for yourself.

The flavor of summer: Missoni S/S 2012
Since the sun finds its way into the city, our sleeves are ready at last to get rolled up. So, the conditions couldn't be any better for statement jewelry. While browsing the web, I came across some really cute jewels. But this Braided Chain Bracelet by Missoni was really ahead of everything which is why I instantly fell head over heels in love with it. And although it's pretty expensive (160 $), the design encourages savings. Or at least, you can set it on your Easter wishlist.
Roughly speaking, Missoni's S/S 2012 collection is pretty much affected by signature accessories. This time, designer Angela Missoni oriented herself by her daughters lifestyles, pulling an all-nighter and enjoying life to the full. The outcome perfectly reflects their senses of life: spontaneity, improvisation and ease with flounces and fringes.
